You acknowledge that if you subscribe to benefit from the Service available on this Website, you will receive (a) emails from us relating to other users of the Service who may be of interest to you and (b) communications from other users of the Website who are interested in meeting you. The Services provided on the Website may from time to time include messages from advice columnists who respond to "relationship" questions.    Lovexchange.co.uk is an online dating and introduction agency service (the "Service") provided by Tagware Limited of 15 City Business Centre, Lower Road, Surrey Docks, London, SE16 2XB, UK and its suppliers ("we"/"our"/"us").
2. Purchase Agreement
   These Subscription Terms form our entire agreement for the purchase of membership packages and supersede any prior agreement or arrangement with you regarding such purchase. To purchase a membership package by Credit or Debit Card you should select one of the membership packages that are offered to you on the site. When you click on the link for the membership package that you would like to purchase you will be taken to the Lovexchange Secure Payment Page. Please review your order, and if necessary click on your internet browser "back" button in order to make any necessary corrections to your order or one of the navigational links on the left hand side to abandon the purchase.
3. When you are satisfied with the details of your order, please send an SMS containing the specified shortcode to the short number mobile number provided. Up until you send the specified SMS (which will send your order and payment to us) you will be able to use the "back" button on your internet browser to correct and change any details of your order.
   
   All orders for membership packages made by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase such membership packages according to these Subscription Terms. Nothing contained on Lovexchange or in these Subscription Terms shall be an offer that is capable of being accepted by you or by any other person, or of being binding on us. Acceptance by us of an offer by you shall take effect on the notification by us that your payment transaction has been processed successfully.
4. Price and payment
   The price shall be the price quoted on your accepted order. Where the supply of services is subject to UK VAT, the price is inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%, VAT number [733 6956 06]. If you purchase a recurring membership package (currently either a hourly, daily), then you will pay the price quoted on your accepted order in advance every 36 hours or 5 days as appropriate. Lovexchange.co.uk and the Lovexchange.co.uk logo’s are trade marks of Tagware Limited. You must not use these or any other registered or unregistered trade marks on the Service without our prior written permission. The provisions of this section 7 do not apply to material placed on the Service by users.
8. Your liability
   If you use the Service for any illegal purpose or for any purpose other than that expressly permitted by these Subscription Terms or by our Terms and Conditions, or otherwise in breach of these Subscription Terms, you will indemnify us in full for any loss, liability or cost which we incur arising from or in connection with such use or alleged use.
9. Our liability
   We shall not be liable to you or in breach of these Subscription Terms for any delay or failure to perform any obligation if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, the blocking or restricting of information to and/or from our computer network. Except as expressly provided in these Subscription Terms, we expressly disclaim any further representations, warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, by statute, collaterally or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties, conditions or other terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or reasonable care and skill. We shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or collaterally or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Subscription Terms for consequential, indirect or special loss or damage or any economic losses (including loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), in each case, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and howsoever incurred. 10. General
    Nothing in these Subscription Terms shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any term of these Subscription Terms. Nothing in these Subscription Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Applicable law
    This Agreement is governed by English law and any dispute connected with this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
